Refund Policy

This page explains the basic refund approach for TxProof payments.

Digital service

TxProof is a digital proof service. Once a blockchain transaction has been submitted, network-related work may already be completed and may not be reversible.

Before blockchain submission

If payment was made but the blockchain proof was not queued, submitted, or delivered due to a technical issue, contact support and we will review the case.

After successful blockchain proof

If the proof was successfully submitted and a certificate/verification link was delivered, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law or where TxProof made a clear technical error.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

Duplicate charges or mistaken payments can be reviewed. Please contact support with your PayPal/payment reference and account email.
